STATURE provides USPS shipping and insures every package for the total purchase amount. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and all major holidays, unless otherwise stated, from Brooklyn, New York. If you require special delivery or expedited shipping (faster than 3-5 business days), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.

Please Note: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and through APO/FPO military mail can’t be expedited and will be shipped via USPS only. Transit delivery dates from USPS are estimates and may not be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery.
**STATURE is not responsible for packages delayed, stolen or lost in transit once an order has shipped. Once the package has been scanned, responsibility for the shipment lies with the courier. If you experience a delay or issue with your shipment, please contact the courier that has been provided to you directly.
For international shipping, please allow 15-20 business days from date of purchase for delivery. We will ship your order via UPS Express or USPS First Class or Priority Mail International and insure your package using a third party insurance.
**Duties and taxes may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs. STATURE is not responsible for payment of these fees.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
STATURE offers full refunds on full-priced items within 14 days (including weekends) of order receipt for store credit, exchange, or to the original form of payment. Exchanges are subject to availability. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition in original packaging along with the original receipt and tags. STATURE reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
International orders must be returned within 21 days (including weekends) of order receipt.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of order receipt. Sale items purchased with a Promo Code are final sale. Sale items marked as "final sale" may not be returned.
PROMO CODE ITEMS
Unless otherwise specified, items purchased with a promo code/discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items purchased with a promo code are final sale.
The following items may not be returned:
• Exchanged items or items purchased with store credit
• Custom hem orders
• Items marked as "FINAL SALE"

• Gift cards
Refunds, store credit, or exchanges will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of STATURE (damaged or incorrect goods), we will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of the original purchase or store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund international duties or taxes.
